Medical Center is seeking Fellowship trained, Board Certified Bariatric Surgeon to assume the position of Medical Director for the practice. They are seeking a surgeon with outstanding outcomes, advanced laparoscopic skills, 3-5 years of clinical experience in bariatric surgery with a total minimum case volume of 300 cases. Active involvement in ASBS is highly desirable. The will consider MD or DO. Call schedule is 1 in 3 with other general surgeons.
Hospital employed with a base salary of $300,000, guaranteed for 2 years. Administrative Stipend of $50,000 the total compensation is $350,000.
Benefits include 4 weeks paid time Off, 1 week continuing education Medical, Dental, Vision, and Professional Liability Insurance. They also offer voluntary participation in 403(b) plan and pension vesting after 5 years.
Minimum productivity expectation is 225 cases per year and a production incentive of $35,000/additional 25 cases.
The Hospital and Medical Center is this regions oldest and largest hospital, providing comprehensive acute, post-acute rehabilitation, and behavioral health services.
