Bariatric Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
Busy surgical practice is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to become part of our non-surgical team. You will focus on providing quality care for pre-operative and post-operative patients, and or those just looking for weight management. You will work closely under a group of board certified and fellowship trained team of surgeons. Proper training and guidance will be provided by our team.
Responsibilities:
Perform history and physical examinations of patients in person and or via Telemedicine
Prescribe all necessary medications and treatment plans
Implement patient policies, and procedures
Communicate with collaborating surgeon regarding patient care
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals
Ability to build rapport with patient and staff
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay and Benefits
Full Time- 4-5 Days a week
